Terms of Service

Whereas it sells products online;
Whereas the customer is interested in purchasing the products offered through its sales channels;
The purpose of this agreement is to establish the general conditions for the use and purchase of products by the customer on the website.


I – Confidentiality

The store is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The website’s security is checked daily and is protected against hacker actions through the “Protected Site” seal.


II – Customer Service (SAC)

This service is available to the customer to answer all questions, resolve any requests, or handle complaints related to their order or any content available on the website. The SAC can be contacted by phone, WhatsApp, or email through the website.


III – Delivery Policy

The delivery time for Products is informed during the purchase process, considering business days. Product deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday. Exceptionally, deliveries of certain Products may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Checking the suitability of the Product’s dimensions is the Customer’s responsibility, who must ensure compliance at the time of delivery and contact Customer Service if necessary.

III.II

Up to three delivery attempts will be made to the indicated address on alternate days, with a maximum interval of 48 hours between each attempt. It is important that an individual authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age and carrying identification, is present at the indicated address to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the store’s Distribution Center.

Once the order has been completed, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request advance payment, or request delivery priority.

III.IV

The delivery times indicated during the Product purchase process take into account availability, region, invoice issuance process, and Product preparation time. With each update to the order delivery status, the store’s system automatically sends emails and SMS notifications to the Customer.

III.V

Delivery is free throughout the national territory.

III.VI

The store does not authorize the carrier to:

  • enter the premises;
  • perform installation or maintenance of products;
  • open the product packaging;
  • deliver to an address different from that indicated on the DANFE;
  • deliver to a minor or to a person without identification.

III.VII

The store is not responsible for goods being held by SEFAZ when this occurs exclusively due to unresolved issues on the part of the customer. In such cases, the customer must contact the tax authority for the release of the goods.


IV – Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase in order to return the product, provided that the following conditions are met: the withdrawal period is 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt; in the case of return, the product must be returned to the store’s Distribution Center in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (auxiliary document of the electronic invoice), the user manual, and all accessories.

IV.I

The customer must request the return through the Customer Assistance Center (CAC).

IV.II

Upon arrival of the product at the Distribution Center, the conditions listed above will be verified. If confirmed, the full purchase price will be refunded.

IV.III

In the case of purchases made by credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the refund will be issued in a single installment on the next or subsequent billing statements, regardless of the number of installments used at the time of purchase. The refund period, as well as the collection of remaining installments after the full refund of the Product value to the Customer’s credit card, is the responsibility of the card administrator.
