Exchange Policy
In accordance with federal consumer protection law, exchanges are permitted provided that the product is in excellent condition and shows no signs of use, meaning it must be in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
How to request an exchange:
To request an exchange, you must send an email to contact@selforashop.com, including your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange. You will receive our contact details along with the necessary instructions to proceed with the product exchange.
Replacement of products with manufacturing defects:
In accordance with federal consumer protection law, in the case of products with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a replacement within 7 days from the date you received your order.
How to request a replacement for defective products:
You must send an email to contact@selforashop.com, including your full name, order number, and details of the manufacturing defect (description along with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 days from the date the products are received, and the replacement will be shipped to the original order address. There will be no additional costs for receiving the new product.
