How to Request a Refund for Defective or Damaged Products
In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, if you receive items with manufacturing defects, malfunctions, damaged products, or missing items, you have the right to request a refund within 30 days from the date the order is delivered to your address.
To do so, please send an email to contact@selforashop.com including:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Detailed information about the manufacturing defect (description along with photos or videos)
Our team will review your request, and once approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method selected at checkout in our online store.
There will be no additional fees to receive your refund.
How to Return Products
In accordance with Federal Consumer Protection Law, return shipping costs due to dissatisfaction or change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
However, in cases where the return is due to defective products or damage caused during shipping, the return shipping cost will be covered by Selfora.
After contacting us by email, you will receive an authorization code along with detailed instructions on how to return the product using our logistics partner.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including:
- All labels
- Accessories
- Any additional items that were included in the original package and are part of the product being returned
Packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using the same packaging in which the product was received, provided it is not damaged, or a suitable box that ensures the product’s integrity during transportation.
